Objectives/activities and Expected Results

With this project, the company intends to reinforce all its commercial activities in foreign markets. The intention is to develop a set of integral and transversal actions in order to increasingly position TOPTUXEDO in foreign markets. Strong investments will be made in internationalization, namely through: presence in international fairs, prospecting missions to different foreign markets, design and elaboration of promotional material; as well as betting heavily on digital marketing (content, and promotion on social networks, addwork on google)

To grow at a rate of 150 thousand euros/year, following a trend that started 2 years ago.
Achieve a sales level of 2 million in the next 3 years.
Intensify the e-commerce sales channel, through digital marketing and web-marketing, investing in marketplaces such as Amazon.
Intensify its presence at major events, as a participant and visitor, to foster contacts in the most advanced international markets.
Hire new human resources to dedicate themselves exclusively to professionalizing the e-commerce business

Objectives/Activities and Expected Results

The project aimed to readjust an industrial unit for the production of personal protective medical equipment in line with the response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Capitalizing on the knowledge accumulated in high definition seams and taping, the following products will be produced: smocks; clots; caps; shoe covers; boot covers; and PPE (integrated personal protection suits), in accordance with the parameters defined by the DGS.

This readaptation and creation of new production lines for the manufacture of medical devices allowed TOPTUXEDO to expand its range of products and market recognition for the quality of its specialty. The project constituted an opportunity for economic diversification.

Project Summary:

The company developed an aggressive commercial strategy to enter new markets identified due to the high purchasing power and desire for the quality versus price ratio. To this end, it promoted a set of investments necessary to gain scale and assert its competitive position and competitiveness in the long term:

The objectives were:

Achieve a sales level of 1.9 million in the next 3 years.
Exploring new forms of communication (digital marketing and web-marketing) with customers through online sales platforms and management of social networks and dissemination of electronic catalogues.
Consolidate the more sophisticated and traditional international markets to the detriment of the more demanding emerging markets in terms of prices and with little purchasing power.
Achieve sales volumes by country according to values ​​explained in the sales maps.
Optimize the organization with new IT tools, namely with the rejuvenation of the CRM application with new capabilities adapted to the dynamics of Web-Marketing.
